Simi Sethu is the visionary behind Kripa Financial Solutions, where she leads with over 20 years of experience across global sales, banking, and financial advisory. Her journey began in the UAE, where she spent a decade working for corporates like Emirates & Travelport — spent roles in customer service , b2b sales and customer retention mastering client relationships across diverse cultures. 

Simi had opportunity to work in finance and banking in New Zealand including six years in the role of a banker and Mobile Mortgage Manager at Bank of New Zealand, guiding hundreds of families through home ownership with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight. Her deep understanding of lending and her passion for client empowerment led her to establish Kripa Financial Solutions along with her husband Sethu Arjunan by the end of 2020.

As Principal Financial Adviser, Simi now specializes in risk protection, lending solutions, and long-term financial wellbeing. Her leadership is grounded in trust, transparency, and a commitment to making financial advice accessible and inclusive. Whether she’s structuring a mortgage, reviewing insurance cover, or mentoring her team, Simi brings warmth, precision, and purpose to every conversation.

A seasoned and versatile professional with over 30 years of global experience spanning operations management, administration, customer service, procurement, and accounting.

For the past five years, successfully managed Kripa Financial Solutions, overseeing end-to-end business operations, compliance, and client relationship management. Known for strong work ethics, adaptability, and a results-driven approach, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Holds deep expertise in regulatory compliance, financial management, and team leadership, backed by a solid foundation in commerce and hands-on industry knowledge.

Anu began her career in 2014 with Indian Bank, working across multiple branches and regional offices as an Assistant Branch Manager and Loan Officer. Her experience spans personal, home, and business lending, along with life and health insurance across various providers.



After relocating to New Zealand, she worked with First Mortgage Services for Heartland Bank, where she focused on reverse mortgage processing. Since 2024, Anu has been part of Kripa Financial Solutions—starting as a credit writer and then an operations lead, now serving as a Financial Adviser specializing in risk. Her approach combines practical insight with a strong focus on clear communication and client wellbeing.

Krishnapriya joined Kripa Financial Solutions in 2023, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the finance sector across India and Europe, along with five years of dedicated service in New Zealand’s mortgage industry. Her global perspective and deep local knowledge make her a trusted guide for clients navigating the home-buying journey.
